I completed the registration proccess, but I never get an email confirmation

If you've completed the registration proccess and are waiting to receive the confirmation email, then please check your spam (or junk mail) folder. Sometimes our system emails end up there. If it is in your spam (or junk mail) folder, please move the message to your inbox or mark it as Not Spam. This will help prevent future emails from going in there. If you've not received your email in about a minute or two, then it probably landed in your spam (or junk mail) folder.

My coach signed me up but I can't log in

If your coach "signed you up" then he/she completed only half of the process. You will still need to complete the registration process. Make sure to use the same email address that your coach used when signing you up.

If you forgot your password, don't worry, you can easily reset it. Click the "Forgot your password" link to begin the process of resetting your password.

I think my account is locked

If you've tried more than a few times to log into your account without success, then you probably have locked your account. Click the "Forgot your password" link to begin the process of resetting your password.

My coach signed me up with the wrong email

If your coach signed you up with the wrong email address, then they will need to correct the email address before you'll be able to gain access to the team page. If you sign up using a different email address you won't have access to your team's pages.

How do I change my email address

To change your email address, you must first be logged in. Once inside the site, navigate to the menu labeled with your first name and click the "Profile" link. Change your email address and click "Save".
